Patriot Design LLC, a Joint Venture between Fort Hill Infrastructure Services, LLC (Fort Hill) and the HCS Group (HCS), brings together the qualifications and experience of two premier multi-discipline architectural engineering (A/E) small business  firms to maximize performance efficiencies for their customers.

The Patriot Design joint venture was created in order to build upon the excellent experience and reputation that the individual member firms have been able to achieve throughout their corporate careers.

Our team's unique ability to be able to respond to design needs both domestic and abroad is what sets us apart from our competition. Our principal's are able to respond in quick fashion and bring our individual expertises to benefit the task at hand. Within this J/V we bring the following specialization:

  • Fort Hill (SDVOSB) specializes in architecture, civil, environmental, structural, transportation and traffic engineering services, along with AT/FP measures for federal, state and local government as well as private sector clients.
  • HCS (Small Business) specializes in electrical systems for renovations and additions, as well as for the design of new vertical and horizontal construction projects, for military, public and private clients.

Patriot Design LLC provides sustainable engineering and architectural design capabilities and experience for a wide variety of federal facilities including the Department of Veterans Affairs, United States Air Force, United States Army Corp of Engineers, and the State Department, providing military housing, training facilities, medical facilities, infrastructure design, headquarters and administrative facilities. We ensure that opportunities for LEED criteria are utilized for each project for maximum energy savings and sustainability. Patriot Design possesses post 2009 LEED AP(BD+C) recognition, providing the Patriot Design team with the latest and most specialized expertise. In addition, we provide expertise in antiterrorism/force protection consulting services, heating and air conditioning; plumbing and sanitary systems; electrical lighting and power systems; instrumentation; and fire protection engineering. We have completed more than 125 sustainably designed buildings and are currently working on projects for the USAF, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the US Army – Special Operations Command South.

Both team members in the JV have experience working together and have established a common set of operational procedures, including QC, regulatory, and resource management that will be used on this contract to streamline project execution.

Integritas is an investigative engineering firm comprised of engineers, architects, lawyers and claims experts that provide extensive services to the insurance and legal services industries to support the claims process. We provide independent and technical claims analysis, including: forensic investigation, analysis of conformance to building and construction codes, standards, permits and related documents; risk analysis; loss prevention programs; and independent estimation of claimed costs.
