Several months before the start of a new two-year legislative session, the BSCES Legislative Fellow Committee identifies an outstanding engineer to serve as a technical engineering resource to the Massachusetts House of Representatives and State Senate, particularly in the area of public infrastructure investment and improvements.
For 2009–2010, the Committee has chosen William F. Lyons, an engineer and lawyer, to serve in this capacity.
