Key competencies include transportation planning and engineering, site civil design, and federal, state, and municipal government experience. Additional desired competencies include: international experience, Spanish language skills, military experience, and a broad background in engineering disciplines.

Engineering Executive
Fort Hill is seeking seasoned a leader with a proven track record in a multidiscipline environment to join our executive team. We are seeking a senior candidate with strong business development and project management skills to lead the engineering team during our growth. The executive position will be filled by a licensed professional engineer with strong academic and business credentials. A book of business is a must; the successful candidate will hit the ground running with portable work. The successful engineering executive candidate will have potential for significant growth, including profit sharing and further advancement as the company grows. Compensation commensurate with experience and credentials.
Junior to Mid-level Engineer
Fort Hill is seeking a junior to mid-level engineer with at least 2 years of engineering experience, trained and fluent in AutoCAD Civil 3D, comfortable in an open and collaborative setting, and available immediately or in the short term. The junior engineer will work on a wide variety of transportation and site projects.
